Imperial Councils

To conduct the business of the Imperium, the Imperial Court shall be made up of Imperial Councils. In addition to the Grand Council, there shall at a minimum be the following Imperial Councils: Council of the Privy, Council of Sovereigns, Council of Archons, Council of Viceroys, Council of Deliberation, Council of State, Council of Magistrates, Council of the Orders, Council of Security, Council of Planning, and Council of Nobles.  The Sovereign may establish additional  Councils in the Imperial Court by decree. Laws or policies adopted by any Council can not interfere with an Imperial Prerogative unless granted or delegated by the Sovereign. All laws adopted are binding upon the entire Imperium, and shall be published in the Imperial Code.
