1. With the approval of the Fleet Marshal of the Navy and in support of the Imperial Service and Imperial Military missions, the following ships are activated and assignments made to the 1st Fleet

2. This organization shall be under the operational control of the Chief Marshal of the Alpha Quadrant Chief Marshal and the administrative control of the Fleet Admiral of the 1st Navy.  
3. All personnel are directed to report to the Quadrant assigned.
4. The point of contact is the Chief of Star Force Operations
