The Aksum Imperium is treated in current foundational law as one continuous sovereign polity under the Imperial Crown. The Fracture interrupted effective administration but did not itself dissolve the Imperium or extinguish the Crown's inherited authority. Earlier constitutional eras remain part of official history and are preserved and classified rather than erased.

Study the distinction between loss or contraction of effective administration and lawful extinction of authority. Particular attention is given to interrupted offices, institutions, territories, and records.

The Tenth Imperium commenced on 20 March 2026 CE in the Eighteenth Year of the Imperium. It is the present constitutional manifestation of the continuous Imperium, not a separate successor state.

Study the promulgation of the Constitution as the supreme governing law and its simultaneous effect with Imperial Decree 26-001.
