MEMORANDUM FOR Grand Marshal and the Officers and Enlisted Members of the Imperial Service

SUBJECT: Supreme Commander's Directive 22-003, Changes to the ISTREDCOM and Command Council

1. This directive changes the Imperial Service as follows:

1. The Imperial Service Training, Education, and Doctrine Command (ISTREDCOM) is reassigned from the Imperial Headquarters and Service Command and elevated to Major Command status.
   1. As a result of the change in status, the Chief Marshal of ISTREDCOM (CMTREDCOM) is now a member of the Imperial Service Command Council.
   2. The Grand Marshal will have developed the authorized force structure and is authorized to approve.
2. The Imperial Service Command Council consists of:
   1. Grand Marshal
   2. Vice Grand Marshal
   3. Chief Knight Marshal of the IG
   4. Chief Marshal of the ISHQ
   5. Chief Marshal of the IS Forces Command
   6. Chief Marshal Commander of the Military
   7. Command Chief Warrant Officer of the Imperial Service
3. The Grand Marshal shall establish a procedure for conducting promotions, both enlisted and officer.

2.  This directive supersedes all prior directives where there is conflict.
