Subject: FMA Directive 22-9-001 - Army and Corps activation and assignment:

Effective 0001 Hours on 11 September 2022 the following units are reactivated, activated, reconstituted, and assigned as indicated:

• 1st Army is reconstituted as the Army Quadrant Headquarters in the Alpha Quadrant and is OPCON'd to the IS OPSCOM
  • I Corps, 5th Corps, and 7th Corps are activated and assigned to 1st Army
  • The 1st Army shall exercise Imperial Army authority within the assigned area in coordination with the Quadrant Headquarters.
• 2nd Army is activated as the Army Quadrant Headquarters in the Beta Quadrant; OPCON'd to the IS OPSCOM
  • II Corps, VI Corps, and VIII Corps are activated and assigned to 2nd Army
  • The 2nd Army shall exercise Imperial Army authority within the assigned area in coordination with the Quadrant Headquarters.
• 3rd Army is activated as the Army Quadrant Headquarters in the Gamma Quadrant and is OPCON'd to the IS OPSCOM
  • III Corps; X Corps; and XIII Corps are activated and assigned to 3rd Army
  • The 3rdd Army shall exercise Imperial Army authority within the assigned area in coordination with the Quadrant Headquarters.
• 4th Army is activated as the Army Quadrant Headquarters in the Delta Quadrant and is OPCON'd to the IS OPSCOM
  • IV Corps, XI Corps, and the XII Corps are activated and assigned to 4th Army
  • The 4th Army shall exercise Imperial Army authority within the assigned area in coordination with the Quadrant Headquarters.

Subordinate elements to the above shall be assigned separately.  The command positions shall be temporarily filled by the senior person present until Imperial Army personnel thresholds are met.
