Space Research Division

The Space Research Division develops and/or improves technology that used for interstellar living, transportation or war. For this reason, the Imperial Navy has major involvment and influence on this division. The designs developed by this division are then sent to the Space and Armaments Division for production at shipyards and factories.

Starship Research is a program that focuses on developing craft, so far SRD has developed these types of craft.

Capital ships are a classification of spacecraft that generally encompasses the largest warships with the heaviest firepower and the strongest armor. There are several ship types and classes that fall under this classification. Capital ships are generally the primary ship in a fleet, battle group, or strike force.
