Purpose

This instruction establishes policy, assigns responsibilities, and provides procedures for administering the IS Officer Promotion Program pursuant to Title 22, Imperial Code, Supreme Commander Directives, and Imperial Decrees

This instruction applies to the all elements of the Imperial Service.
