Training, Recruiting, Education, and Doctrine Command

The Imperial Service Training, Recruiting, Education, and Doctrine Command (IS TREDCOM or TREDCOM) was established by Imperial Decree and organized by IS Directive 7.3-004a, which amended the previous directive and redefined its organization structure, duties, and responsibilities, command structure, and authorities.

History

The TREDCOM has been in existence not long after the forming of the Imperium and the Imperial Armed Forces was established as one of the two organizations. It has been a major command answering to the Emperor and the Grand Marshal, as well as a major subordinate command answering through the Chief Marshal of the IS Headquarters Command. As of the last Imperial Directives it is been re-elevated to a major command, with its Chief Marshal having a seat on the Imperial Service Command Council.

Mission

The Mission of TREDCOM is to recruit, train, educate, develop, and build the Imperial Service; establish standards, drive improvement, and lead change to ensure the Imperial Service can defend and secure the Imperium; and deter, and win on any battlefield now and in the future, within an orbit, or the vacuum of space.

Leadership and Organization

TREDCOM is an Imperial Service Major Command under the direct command of the Chief Marshal of IS TREDCOM (CMTREDCOM) who reports directly to the Grand Marshal. The CM TREDCOM has the authority to organize his/her headquarters within the regulations and authorized resources. The command consists of a headquarters with three Major Commands

Imperial Service Career Fields

IS TREDCOM oversees the proponency of the career fields in the IS. These career fields are referred as corps. The Chief Marshal of TREDCOM nominates to the Grand Marshal the proponency chief for each career corps.
