MEMORANDUM ALL IMPERIAL SERVICE

SUBJECT: Implementation of Imperial Directive 22-004

PURPOSE.

This directive provides direction and authorization to Senior Commanders to implement ID 22-004 and adjust structure accordingly, except where restricted.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DELEGATIONS OF AUTHORITY

1. The Vice Grand Marshal is responsible for overseeing the management of the Imperial Service and is delegated to approve requests submitted by Senior Commanders. All requests two levels below this headquarters are required to be approved.
2. The Chief Marshal is responsible for managing the force structure and personnel assignment process and is authorized to issue operations order to accomplish tasks
3. The Chief Knight Marshal, Chief Marshal Commander of the Military, Chief Provost Marshal General, Chief Marshal of the ISHQ, Chief Marshal of TREDCOM, and Chief Marshal Commander of Forces Command are authorized to approve force structure changes two levels below them and below. They are authorized to delegate further

GENERAL

1. Changes of command ceremony are not required, a simple statement of relief and assumption will suffice. Commanders will determine when or if a change of command ceremony will be conducted. The Office of Primary Responsibility (OPR) is the IS-1 and CMISHQ
2. Commanders will issue policy and guidance on force structure modification. The OPR for all force modification is the IS3 and CMISHQ.

This Directive is effective immediately.
