== Description ==
A structured introduction to the Constitution and Imperial Covenant of the Aksum Imperium, its relationship to Imperial Decree 26-001, constitutional continuity, the Tenth Imperium, the Imperial Crown, public authority, institutions, territories, Great Houses, and the preservation and interpretation of Imperial law.

== Learning objectives ==
On successful completion, a student should be able to:
# explain constitutional continuity through the Fracture and the Tenth Imperium;
# identify the Constitution as the supreme governing law of the present constitutional order;
# distinguish the Crown, delegated public authority, institutions, territories, Great Houses, and Imperial Service authority;
# explain why conflicting prior authority is without current effect to the extent of conflict;
# distinguish enacted law and official records from instructional or editorial summaries;
# locate controlling constitutional provisions and cite them accurately.
