The monarch of the Imperium issues decrees in accordance with the Imperial Charter, a vote of the Imperial Magnus, and Imperial Law. The Decrees may be issued as the Emperor, the Grand Sovereign, or as Supreme Commander. Some of the following decrees are a recreation of the decrees first issued or a restatement of the early decrees. But all of the below listed were issued prior to Dec 1. All decrees afterward are placed in the corresponding Title of the Imperial Code.
