The monarch of the Imperium issues decrees in accordance with the Imperial Charter, a vote of the Imperial Magnus, and Imperial Law. The Decrees may be issued as the Emperor, the Grand Sovereign, or as Supreme Commander. Some of the following decrees are a recreation of the decrees first issued or a restatement of the early decrees. But all of the below listed were issued prior to Dec 1. All decrees afterward are placed in the corresponding Title of the Imperial Code.

The Emperor may delegate others to issue decrees in his name. In those cases, the issuers name will be listed, and it is or shall be stated that the decree is issued "on behalf of" or "in the name of" His Imperial Majesty. In cases where there is a regency activated, the decree will state "in regency."

Imperial Decrees are Law and considered subordinate only to that which is in the Imperial Constitution and Imperial Charter
