The Imperial Code of the Aksum Imperium (AIC) is the organized legal repository of the Aksum Imperium. It arranges current constitutional, legislative, executive, administrative, judicial, and interpretive authorities by subject while preserving the identity, wording, source, status, and history of each controlling instrument.
| Code placement | Controlling authority | Status | Subject |
|---|---|---|---|
| Title 1, Chapter 101 | Imperial Decree 26-001 | Current foundational decree | Declaration of the Tenth Imperium; Imperial continuity and inheritance; promulgation of the Constitution; restoration authority; regencies; Great Houses; Great Game; Imperial calendar; transitional direction |
| Title 1, Chapter 102 | Imperial Constitution and Covenant of the Aksum Imperium | Promulgated by Decree 26-001; current constitutional text published | Supreme constitutional law maintained as a separate but legally connected instrument |
Titles are permanent subject divisions. Chapters organize related enactments within a title. Parts and subchapters may be used for large bodies of law. Sections contain the codified provisions. Articles within an authenticated source retain their original numbering and remain linked to that source.
